It MAY have been a rough terrain crane moving a boom truck, but it looked more like a Lull/Telehandler moving a boom truck. That load looked crooked from the start.

I agree insane. What was the purpose of moving it that way. Thats how people get killed.

I dont think you should flip one, but get it right there about to go. You never know your, or a machines limitations, if you dont push the envelope you'll never know where those limits are! But property, personal, or other damage shouldnt be neccesary.
