Hey rope, you old Arkie, how goes it?!!

TS.com has changed its business model....too soon to tell how its working for me. Not even sure if I understand it fully yet.

I've been really busy with other things, as tree work is still slow. bought me second new SLR....working on our first house flip, bought at bank auction for $260k 9 weeks ago, will have it on the market next week for $400k-420k....shooting for $100k profit.

Have some big bids coming up..

Bad news is, Cowboy Dave just had a minor heart attack, but has always had a problem in that area....he may need a pacemaker, which means no more tree work...Shame, as he's world class and then some.
